Registrations Center Refund Policy
If no work has been performed by us on your behalf, we will refund 100% of your payment within 72 hours from the date of purchase. To start a refund request, please email info@registrationscenter.com for proper record-keeping.
If work has been performed by us on your behalf, the engagement is non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Send an email to info@registrationscenter.com and include the following so we can locate your order:
- Your name and company name
- CAGE code (if assigned) or DUNS / UEI
- Date of purchase and amount charged
- Reason for the refund request
We’ll acknowledge the request within one business day and resolve it within 72 hours of confirming no work was performed.
